The future is promising for Peddars Way and Suffolk Heritage Customers
In September 2004, Inspectors from the Audit Commission visited Peddars Way and Suffolk Heritage Housing Associations, both key members of the Flagship Housing Group, to assess the effectiveness of services provided to customers and the prospects for service improvement. Inspectors visited a number of homes owned and managed by the Associations and inspected ten areas of operation. Many tenants, board members, partners, contractors and staff were involved in the two week inspection process.
