Apply for a Home
If you wish to apply for housing with Suffolk Heritage Housing Association, you need to complete a Housing Register Application Form. Once your application has been received, we will enter your name onto the housing register waiting list. To request an application pack, please ring the Contact Centre on 01728 727555.
For accommodation with Peddars Way or Kings' Forest, you will need to register with the waiting list provider for the local authority area in which you live.

Peddars Way Housing Association
If you require accommodation within the Breckland District then you should contact ARP Trading Ltd who manage Breckland Council’s waiting list. Peddars Way does not operate a separate list. If you are an existing tenant requesting a transfer, you should also be contacting ARP Trading Ltd.

If you require accommodation outside the Breckland area, then you should, in the first instance, contact the respective local authority for the area of your choice and they will be able to advise you further.

Suffolk Heritage Housing Association
Suffolk Heritage manages the Common Housing Register on behalf of Suffolk Coastal District Council and seven housing associations. This means that if you wish to be considered for housing with any or all of these associations, you need fill in only one form. The housing associations affiliated with the common housing register are: Hastoe, Orwell, Shaftesbury, Housing 21, St Matthews, Orbit, Sanctuary and of course Suffolk Heritage.

Kings' Forest Housing
If you require accommodation within the Forest Heath District then you should contact Forest Heath District Council who manage the Housing Register. Kings’ Forest Housing does not operate a separate list. If you are an existing tenant requesting a transfer, you should also contact Forest Heath District Council.
