Flagship provides financial, development and other central services at an agreed quality and cost to our Group Members. This enables considerable expertise to be available even to the smallest Group Member.

Flagship Academy is our centre of excellence for the training and development of all our people - staff, tenants and board members. Its main emphasis is to assist in delivering outstanding customer service to all our tenants, our partner organisations and to our colleagues throughout the Group.
