As part of our commitment to outstanding customer service, we constantly monitor the work our contractors carry out for us. An element of this monitoring covers the repairs that are carried out to tenants’ homes.
Once a repair has been completed, we will send a Repair Satisfaction
Card for a tenant to complete. However, this can now be
