Flagship Housing Group is the largest provider of affordable homes operating solely in the Eastern Region and through its principal Group Members, Kings' Forest Housing, Peddars Way Housing Association and Suffolk Heritage Housing Association, owns and manages over 20,000 homes. The Group also provides significant care services including sheltered accommodation, very sheltered housing schemes, supported housing and 24-hour emergency response alarms.

Flagship Homes (Shared Ownership) is a trading activity of Flagship Housing Group and offers properties for sale on a part buy part rent basis, to those who are unable to purchase a home outright. Flagship Homes (Private Lettings) specialises in letting and managing market rented properties on behalf of other members within the Group.

Our aim is to get 'service right first time' and we have adopted a 'systems thinking' approach when providing services to our customers. This way of working allows our processes to become much more streamlined by removing as many aspects of 'waste' work as possible.

2008 sees the tenth anniversary of the Flagship Housing Group and provides the opportunity to celebrate the achievements that have been made since the Group was created.
