- Flagship Adopts the Systems Thinking Approach (11/09/2007)
In 2005, Flagship launched a new strategic plan – Agenda 2010. Integral to this plan was a commitment to achieving “Service Right, First Time”. The overall objective was to provide a business model that would help drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation, primarily from the customers’ point of view.
