Homes in Development
Welcome to the Homes in Development area. Here you will find details of homes that are being built by Flagship Housing Group. These homes are then transferred to the housing associations who manage them. The Group was selected among the top 71 nation-wide housing associations as part of the The Housing Corporation's development partnering pilot for 2004 to 2006. As one of the seven East of England lead investment partners, year on year, Flagship is securing the largest development allocation in the Region and will be providing 1,100 homes over the next two years for its own Group members. Flagship Housing Group also provides the development function for other partner RSLs.
There are currently 1,323 new homes in development (as at 10th March 2008).

The fifteen homes, a mix of two and three bedroom houses, completed February 2008. In partnership with Victory Housing Trust and Broadland District Council, eleven homes were made available for affordable rent and the remaining four for shared ownership.
