Flagship ResponseFlagship Response is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service for all our customers.


The aim of Flagship Response is to provide a fully-comprehensive call answering service and get 'service right, first time'. Our staff - Team 24, help our customers with all housing management issues and are well-equipped to handle all enquiries - from taking rent payments and processing repairs to dealing with tenancy issues and complaints. Team 24 should always provide you with service right, first time.

 

How many calls does Flagship Response take?

In any given month, Flagship Response takes an average 21,000 calls from our customers. We have got better at answering calls 'one stop', meaning that around 19,250 will be solved there and then by the person who answers your call.

 

What other calls does Flagship Response take?

Flagship Reponse also handles calls for a growing number of other organisations. Various councils and housing associations rely on our 24/7 service to meet their customers' needs out of normal office hours.
