After requesting a repair for a faulty boiler, Flagship customer Mrs Bell contacted us online to compliment our contractors. "Ed looked at the system and found what was wrong within five minutes and corrected the problem almost immediately. The actual problem was that the new pump valve that was fitted had not been opened for any water to get through to the pump so it was making very loud banging noises. I really cannot give Ed enough praise - he was polite, he listened and explained things clearly!"
