When your community manager visits you in your home, you will be given the opportunity to complete a short survey asking you about your satisfaction with Flagship services.
SMS and email surveys
SMS and email surveys are also used to monitior customer satisfaction. If we have your mobile telephone number or email address, and you have recently used one of Flagship's services, we may be in touch to ask how satisfied you are with the service you received.
Every two years, Flagship benchmarks our performance using a survey conducted by an independent provider. Customers will be selected at random and sent this survey by post.
Each time you take part in a survey, you will automatically be entered into a monthly prize draw to win one of two £50 Love2Shop vouchers.
