What's working at Flagship like?

At Flagship we really value our staff and aim to develop them to their full potential so we can continue to create places where people want to live. We employ over 500 staff across East Anglia in a wide range of central and customer-facing roles.

• 22 days' holiday rising to 27 after five years' service.
