Customer involvement

We are always looking for ways we can improve our services to you, and we're very keen to hear from our customers what's important to them. There are a number of different ways that you can get involved with us - by working together with you and other customers in your neighbourhood, you can help us make a big difference - we're here to help!

 

 

The Flagship Customer Club

Perhaps the easiest way for our customers to get involved with Flagship is by joining our Customer Club. The Flagship Customer Club lets you have your say in a number of ways:

• By joining one or more of our groups or panels
• By becoming a mystery shopper
• Giving us your views directly on planned estate walkabouts.
• Share your idea in the Flagship Think Tank.

Other ways to get involved with Flagship 

There are other ways to become involved with the running of Flagship - you may be interested in reading about how you can get involved:

• Through our Customer Boards
• Through our Boards of Management
• Through our Umbrella Groups. These consist of:
  
  • Customer Consultation Groups (Flagship Peddars Way)
  • Customer Assembly (Flagship Suffolk Heritage)
  • Customer and Tenants Assembly (Flagship Kings' Forest)
• Through our new Youth Assembly

 

If at any time you are unhappy with the service or services you have received from Flagship, you can use our complaints procedure to log any complaints.
