Flagship Foyers service standards

The aim of Flagship Foyers is to offer a home, support and a springboard into independent living, learning and work.

 

Home
  • We offer part-furnished accommodation with cooking and bathroom facilities.
  • We offer access to communal facilities which can include a training room, lounge, laundry room and IT suite.
  • To help resolve emergencies, Flagship Response staff - Team 24 - are available in person or by phone, 24 hours a day.
 
Life skills
  • We offer an individually-tailored life skills programme.
  • We can assist you to claim appropriate benefits including Housing Benefit.
  • We offer access to advice and information on employment and education.

Promoting independence
  • We will help you to be independent and respect your privacy.
  • We will assist you to prepare for independent living.
  • We will offer initial support in your next home.
