About Flagship Homes

Flagship Housing Group owns, manages and provides over 20,000 affordable homes to people across East Anglia.

We work in a region where there is a high demand for housing and a lack of supply, so building more affordable homes across our operating area is one of our priorities. An investment partner with the Homes & Communities Agency we are currenlty developing in excess of 500 new homes each year for our Group members, or which approximately 30% of these are for Shared Ownership (part buy/part rent).

Flagship Homes is a trading activity of Flagship Housing Group. Based at Keswick in Norwich, we provide a quality service to first-time buyers and key workers across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

Marketing properties on behalf of our group members Flagship Kings' Forest, Flagship Peddars Way and Flagship Suffolk Heritage. Flagship Homes has provided over 1000 homes to people who could not afford to purchase a new property outright  and given them the opportunity to own a new home through low cost home ownership schemes such as Shared Ownership (New Build Homebuy).

Flagship Homes has a skilled and friendly sales team whom are trained to offer expert guidance and practical assistance throughout the buying process. We help hundreds of people every year to buy their dream home and with the minimum of stress.
