The Flagship Telecare Service gives you the freedom to live your life, with the reassurance that help is available at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day. We support over 14,000 people with an alarm installed in their home and provide other sensors which alert our monitoring centre if you have a fall or are concerned about someone at your door. Our pendant alarm works up to 50 metres away from the alarm base, so if you're unable to speak to us, we'll know that you're calling us and can alert a family member, friend, doctor or the emergency services.

Our service is available to vulnerable people of any age, including older people, people living with a disability or mental health issues and people at risk from domestic violence or harassment. For just over £3 a week, you can enjoy independence and give your family peace of mind. All alarms can be delivered within 24 hours of placing your order
