With more of us living longer, more enriching lives, we don't want to lose the ability to live as independently as possible. However, according to the NHS approximately 30% of those over 65 years of age and living in the community fall over each year. Although less than one fall in 10 results in a fracture, a fifth of fall incidents require medical attention - and that's where Flagship Telecare can help. 

 

What is Flagship Telecare?

Flagship Telecare is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service that offers any vulnerable person help and assistance at the touch of a button, giving you the ability to live as independently as possible within your own home. Once you press the Lifeline's button we know exactly who you are and where you live and will get help out to you as soon as possible.

Flagship Telecare provides cost-effective support to enable people residing in the UK to remain living at home in safety. We monitor thousands of people in private houses, council houses and sheltered accommodation across East Anglia.

What do you need?

To get a Flagship Telecare Lifeline installed in your property, all we require is:

  • A modern phone line.
  • An electric socket close to the phone socket.
  • Two key holders that live within 10 minutes of the address (If two key holders cannot be found, then one key holder and a key safe is sufficient).

 

How long does the Lifeline take to be installed?

On average, installation time for a Flagship Telecare lifeline is 48 hours from the moment you enquire, subject to receiving all the information about you.  

 

How much is it?

It costs just £2.83 per week for the rental of the basic Lifeline 400 alarm package. To get the Lifeline installed it costs £25.
