New customer involvement structure
Flagship has created a new customer involvement structure, incorporating a number of new customer groups and forums.
The aim of the new structure is to encourage more customers to get involved and will create a variety of opportunities for customers to influence the decision-making process at Flagship.

This is an opportunity for Flagship customers to meet regularly and focus on issues in their community with the support of their community manager.
Supports and advises the local neighbourhood groups. Progressing key issues identified at local level.
This group is for customers with internet access who want to feedback on Flagship services and policies. Regular meetings will be held online.
Working together to help shape the services provided to our customers living in sheltered and very sheltered accommodation.
Open to anyone who has experience of living with disabilities and wants to help make our services more accessible.
Customer operations group
This group will become the focal point of how we put your ideas into action, giving you the opportunity to influence, identify and prioritise the services that matter to you.
