The Lifeline alarm

LifelineThe Flagship Telecare Lifeline is a discrete, simple device that connects to your BT telephone line and nearby power supply. A pendant is worn either around the neck or on the wrist, and help can be easily summoned by one push of the button.

As soon as the button is pressed a signal is sent to the Lifeline, which will dial up through your telephone line to our 24/7 control centre, where our friendly, caring and professional staff with speak to you through the Lifeline to ascertain what help you need. It may be that you just need some reassurance, or help getting up if you have had a fall. However serious the situation our staff will ensure you receive the help you need as quickly as possible - whether that be a call to a friend, relative, neighbour, carer or the emergency services.

Thousands of people benefit from the Flagship Telecare Lifeline, giving them greater independence to remain in their own home, and peace of mind to family and loved ones. Our highly-trained Telecare installers will visit you in your own home, set-up and demonstrate the equipment for you, and if you want to join our service will fill in the paperwork with you. There’s no obligation to keep the equipment if you do not wish to, and you will not be charged for a demonstration.
