How does Flagship operate?
Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Flagship rests with the Executive Team which meets regularly to consider key priorities and issues. The Executive Team has responsibility for implementing the strategies and policies set by the Flagship Board.
Flagship's Board has overall responsibility for setting the strategic objectives and monitoring performance against those objectives. The Board is made up Non-Executive and Executive Directors and meets on a regular basis throughout the year.
