We want to make it as easy as possible for you to make a payment, and there are a number of ways that you can do so:
To pay us your rent online all we need is your agreement reference and your postcode. Just enter how much you wish to pay and click 'Pay rent'.
You can also set up payments through your own bank through Direct Debit. We will give you a Direct Debit form to fill in and return to us. You will need to provide us with your account details and your reference number, and your rent will then be paid straight to us. You can choose either weekly Direct Debit, or a monthly option on one of three dates chosen by you.
You can call us on 0845 601 3390 and a member of Flagship Response will ask for your details. You will need to give us your tenant reference number, your credit or debit card details and the amount you want to pay.
You can send a cheque made payable to your landlord to: PO Box 3477, Norwich, NR7 7PG.
Please remember to write your name, address and tenant reference number on the back of the cheque before you post it to us. If you are paying for another service, such as private garages, Telecare alarms, sewerage services, leaseholder service charges or annual licences, please write your Flagship account number on the back of the cheque. Please do not send cash through the post.
You can use your swipe card to make a rent payment. This card is given to all of our customers at the start of their tenancy and is similar to a bank or credit card. Because it shows your tenancy reference number it allows you to pay your rent in a number of ways. You need to have your payment card with you when you make any payments. Most payments take around three working days to be shown on your rent statement. Please see our swipe card payments section for more information.
You can pay your rent using your swipe card at any Post Office within the UK. You can pay by cash, cheque or debit card.
If you are paying for a service such as private garages, Telecare alarms, sewerage services, leaseholder service charges or annual licences, please ring 01603 255470, 01603 255476 or 01603 255471.
It is very important that we collect rent from you as it helps us to provide services to you and your neighbours. When you moved into your home you signed a tenancy agreement - this is a legal contract which requires you to pay us your rent, in full and on time. If you do not stick to it we can remove you from your home - so please contact us as soon as possible if you think you will have problems making a payment.
If you have any questions about your rent, how you can make a payment or what to do if you start falling behind, please view our rent frequently asked questions section.
