Overview

Flagship procures a large variety of goods, services and works from our suppliers to help deliver our strategic objectives. Our purchasing decisions are made using competitive processes:

Quotations are sought in line with our Financial Regulations for small expense purchases
Formal tendering processes are used for larger expense purchases
As appropriate, we collaborate with other housing associations and collaborative procurement organisations such as Procurement for Housing, the Northern Housing Consortium and Buying Solutions.

Conduct

We know that strong relationships with our suppliers are more important than ever to secure our ability to meet our customers' needs.

Our contracted and strategic suppliers are those that work with us in a professional, ethical and cost-effective manner in line with our code of practice and procedures. Please see our code of practice, which is designed to ensure that our commercial dealings with contractors and suppliers are conducted with honesty, transparency and fairness.

For ease of use we have split the Supplier Zone into two logical sections:

The first concerns our Development work.
The second is related to our Non Development work.
