Making information even easier to access
From Thursday 1 October 2026, we've made it even easier for you to access information about us as your landlord.
New Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) mean that, as your housing provider we must make key information about our services, performance and decision-making easy to find online.
Much of this information is already available on our website. But we have brought it together in one dedicated place, making it quicker and easier for you to find the information you need.
What information is available?
You'll be able to access information about:
- how we are governed and make decisions
- how we are performing as a landlord
- how we spend money
- how we manage and maintain homes
- the services we provide
- key policies and strategies
By bringing this information together, you'll be able to find important information about Flagship and BFL.
Looking ahead
From April 2027, social housing tenants will gain a new right to request certain information from their landlord under the next phase of the requirements.
We'll share more information about these changes closer to the time.
