Making information even easier to access
From Thursday 1 October 2026, we'll be making it even easier for customers to access information about us as their landlord.
New Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) mean housing providers must make key information about their services, performance and decision-making easy to find online.
Much of this information is already available on our website. The main change is that we'll be bringing it together in one dedicated place, making it quicker and easier for customers to find the information they need.
What information will be available?
Customers will be able to access information about:
- how we are governed and make decisions
- how we are performing as a landlord
- how we spend money
- how we manage and maintain homes
- the services we provide
- key policies and strategies
By bringing this information together, customers will be able to find important information about Flagship.
Looking ahead
From April 2027, social housing tenants will gain a new right to request certain information from their landlord under the next phase of the requirements.
We'll share more information about these changes closer to the time.
