Green Lane, Pudding Norton

In September 2021, there was a fire which affected the block of flats at the entrance of the Green Lane estate. And, since Autumn 2022, we've been working closely with the residents who live in the community to shape the future for that area which also will look to improve the empty garages close by.

Ensemble (architects) have designed an amazing scheme which looks to provide nine new homes, parking and play space. And, the feedback from the community has been overwhelmingly positive about the change.

So, we submitted these plans for planning permission in April 2024, and we are awaiting a decision on this planning application.

North Norfolk District Council are now reviewing the application before making their decision. This process can take a little time, but we’ll keep residents updated as soon as we hear more.
